The Ambassador Circle - Women & Diversity in Tech

Entrepreneur, content creator, and consultant, Adia is the founder of Tech With Women Club, a community committed to advancing women in tech. A former Product Manager for Canal+, M6+, and RTL Europe, she now uses her expertise in artificial intelligence and automation to provide training and consulting services. 

Her mission is clear: to democratize access to digital technology, make current technologies concrete and actionable, and strengthen the position of women in technological environments. Through her content on TikTok and Instagram, she shares tools, methods, and feedback to help women become more independent and ambitious in tech. 

Why become an ambassador?

Ana Catarina de Alencar is an international lawyer and specialist in ethical issues. Based in Paris, she is directly involved in AI Governance and Compliance projects.

She is currently a doctoral student at the University of Lille, where she is developing an interdisciplinary project on emotional AI, at the intersection of law and neurobiology. She holds a Master's degree in Philosophy and Technology of Law and is the author of several publications, including the book Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Law (2022).

Ana is a member of the Open Ethics AI and Women in AI Governance associations. She also serves as Resident Philosopher at the AI Collective and has taught political philosophy, digital rights, GDPR, and AI regulation at university level.

Recognized for her expertise in technology regulation, she is a regular speaker and has extensive experience in European law.

Why become an ambassador?

Including more women and young people is essential to building innovation that has a positive impact, not only on the market, but also on inclusion, ethics, and opportunities for future generations of women and girls."

Director of the French branch of Women in Tech® and CFO at the United Nations, her role focuses on promoting inclusion and diversity in the STEAM sector (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). With over 28 years of experience in finance, digital banking, and public affairs, as well as a deep commitment to gender equality, she leads initiatives aimed at reducing the gender gap and celebrating women's achievements in technology. Passionate about the complex issues of technology diplomacy, she promotes international cooperation in the field of technology. She has extensive experience in diplomacy, technology, and public policy. 

After studying finance and marketing, she quickly rose through the ranks at General Electric Capital Finance before piloting digital transformation initiatives within banking groups such as BPCE. She is also involved in humanitarian actions with several NGOs. 

Delphine Girard is a Compliance & Data partner at Ooslo Avocats. With nearly 15 years of experience in the corporate world—notably as DPO for major groups (Deloitte France, Groupe SEB, Groupe Clariane) and head of group compliance program deployment—she has developed expertise at the intersection of law, data, and ethics. 

Today, she helps companies of all sizes comply with GDPR, artificial intelligence, and business ethics regulations, with one deep conviction: regulatory constraints should be a driver of innovation, not a hindrance. Her roots in the healthcare and e-health sector have shaped her strategic and ethical vision of AI at the service of humanity. 

Committed to more inclusive and responsible technology, Delphine is convinced that women experts in law and compliance have a vital role to play in the digital transformations of tomorrow.

"I agreed to be a Women & Diversity in Tech ambassador because I firmly believe that law and technology are now inseparable—and that women working in these fields have a vital role to play in shaping a fairer and more effective ecosystem. I have been participating in Tech Show Paris for several years and I love its freedom of expression, its high standards, and the variety of profiles chosen among the speakers. What convinced me above all was the vision behind the Women & Diversity in Tech program: it is not just a label, but a desire to build a lasting community of credible, visible, and committed leaders. When you read that diversity is a lever for performance, innovation, and credibility, you can't help but support this ambition. 

As a lawyer committed to tech-related issues, I firmly believe that legal voices have an important role to play in these strategic conversations about leadership, diversity, and digital transformation. With seven years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, I have acquired expertise in cybersecurity compliance and law. My primary motivation is to ensure the robustness of the organizations I support through compliance with various regulations (DORA, NIS2, LPM, etc.), enabling them to protect themselves against emerging threats. As a manager, I always strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment for my teams so that each individual can freely express their uniqueness.

"I chose to be an ambassador for Women & Diversity in Tech because I firmly believe that visibility is a powerful lever for advancing the role of women in cybersecurity. As a cyber lawyer, I know how essential it is to show that our career paths are legitimate, varied, and inspiring. Working alongside an organization like Tech Show Paris allows me to help highlight female role models, encourage vocations, and offer professionals a solid network to rely on, share their experiences, and develop their careers with confidence."

Deaf from birth and bionic thanks to my two cochlear implants, I’m a full-stack developer and digital accessibility coach. In my ideal world, everything should be accessible—both in real life and on the web. I’m also a speaker and a Yeeso Paris Leader.

Why did you agree to become ambassadors for Women & Diversity in Tech?

I agreed to become an ambassador to represent women with disabilities in the tech industry. It’s essential to show that women with disabilities can work in IT. I’m fully comfortable with my deafness, but I’ve still faced obstacles because I’m both a woman and a deaf person. Since I didn’t have any role models, representation is fundamental to me; I want to show that it’s possible to thrive in tech as a woman with a disability. Tech needs more women, people with disabilities, people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and others from underrepresented groups. We need tech to be diverse, especially in the age of artificial intelligence.

Fatiha ZEGHOUDI is the co-founder and CEO of CySAFE Consulting, a firm specializing in cybersecurity and digital risk management. With her strategic and technical expertise, she helps companies implement robust solutions to secure their infrastructure, anticipate cyber threats to their activities, and put in place reliable and sustainable security policies. 

Under her leadership, CySAFE received the 2025 Elisabeth Moreno Award, a distinction that recognizes companies working to promote gender equality and diversity in the digital sector. This award highlights Fatiha's commitment to promoting equal opportunities in a rapidly changing industry. 

In addition to her role as an entrepreneur, Fatiha is an influential figure in the world of cybersecurity. She is a regular speaker on strategic topics such as cyber resilience, risk governance, digital sovereignty and cyber defense issues. A board member of WOMEN4CYBER France, she actively contributes to the training and support of new talent in the sector. 

A pioneer in integrating cyber issues into corporate strategy, Fatiha ZEGHOUDI continues to shape a more secure and inclusive digital future, where innovation and security go hand in hand.

Gabriela Belaid is a consultant in digital technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, with over 20 years of experience in tech, including 15 years working in the public sector. An expert in information systems governance, digital sovereignty, and responsible AI, she supports organizations on high-impact strategic projects. 

A long-time advocate for equality and inclusion in tech, she is president of CentraleSupélec au Féminin and founder of Cercle Olympe de Gouges, a think tank dedicated to equality, the fight against sexism, and digital issues. 

Her career has been recognized with the CINOV 2023 Digital Talent Award and the 2024 Digital Woman of the Year Award.
She was also selected as an Expert in the Spotlight 2026 by the TF1 Group, in partnership with LinkedIn, on the topics of digital technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. 

Why become an ambassador? 

"I agreed to be an ambassador because I am deeply convinced that technology cannot be effective, ethical, and sustainable without real diversity. Too often, women experts remain invisible, even though they have key skills in fundamental areas such as cybersecurity, AI, and digital sovereignty. 

Joining this initiative is a natural fit with my commitment to raising the profile of female experts, creating role models, and opening up sustainable spaces for discussion. For me, being an ambassador means contributing to a collective dynamic, passing on knowledge, and showing that it is possible to dare to speak out, even in ecosystems that are still very male-dominated. 

Finally, I firmly believe in the power of networks and committed communities: it is by working together, over the long term, that we will change perceptions, break through glass ceilings, and inspire new generations of women to take their rightful place in tech.

Houleymatou Baldé is a renowned tech engineer, speaker (TEDx, keynote addresses)
and founder of the national association Yeeso and the IT Women Network community.
Coming from a family of illiterate farmers in Guinea, she started from scratch and is now ranked among the Top 100 digital leaders in France (Numerikissimo). Through her speaking engagements at venues such as VivaTech, UNESCO, and major tech events, she champions a strong conviction: to highlight the range of possibilities for transforming people’s career paths. She takes concrete action to accelerate gender diversity in tech—among young people, professionals, and companies—in order to increase women’s representation in the sector.

Why become an ambassador?

Because you can’t transform the tech industry with good intentions alone. You transform it with power, visibility, role models… and determination. Today, the talent is there. The skills are there. What’s still missing is their visibility at the right level.
The reality is clear. Now it’s time for action.
Becoming an ambassador means refusing to let diversity remain a secondary issue and helping to place it where it belongs: at the heart of decision-making.

As a committed cybersecurity professional, I am Head of Business Development at Certi-Trust and Vice President of CEFCYS (Cercle des Femmes de la Cybersécurité, or Women in Cybersecurity Circle). I build bridges between strategic issues and operational compliance, working with senior management and CISOs to transform their regulatory challenges into levers for performance and resilience. Deeply involved in the ecosystem, I actively contribute to the collective dynamic of the sector in order to promote the visibility and leadership of women in cybersecurity.

A pharmacist by training and a graduate of ESSEC Business School, Neela Tibayrenc has been the Mission Director of Pays Basque Digital and French Tech Pays Basque since the association was founded. Passionate about innovation and human relations, she actively contributes to the development of the Basque Country's entrepreneurial ecosystem by promoting initiatives and bringing together local stakeholders. 

Thanks to its ability to connect members of the ecosystem with institutional players and create synergies, Neela helps support digital companies and those offering innovative products or services in the Basque Country. It is also committed to promoting integrity, exchange, and sharing in all its initiatives. 

Her expertise in project management, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment make her a key player in promoting our region. 

Why become an ambassador? 

"The Women & Diversity in Tech initiative echoes a commitment that I have been actively pursuing for several years within Pays Basque Digital. 

For me, the feminization of digital technology must not remain just talk. It must be translated into visible and structural actions. That is why we organized the conference "Being a geek doesn't happen automatically: how can we feminize digital professions?" with the participation of TechPourToutes, as well as young high school girls and female digital engineers currently in school. We also organized company visits for women seeking employment to help them discover the reality of these professions and the diversity of possible career paths. 

We have also set up an exhibition on female pioneers in the digital sector, an exhibition showcasing female employees of our member companies working in tech-related professions linked to France Travail, an educational card game highlighting women in the sector, as well as regular testimonials in conferences and interviews. 

These actions respond to an objective reality: in France, women represent around 30% of the digital workforce and less than 20% in technical professions (INSEE, 2023; Grande École du Numérique, 2022). Taking action means creating visible role models, opening up concrete opportunities, and strengthening the collective performance of the ecosystem. 

Contributing to the circle of ambassadors committed to Tech Show therefore seems essential to me in order to sustain this momentum and amplify its impact.

Gloria Fataki is a specialist in international cooperation and innovation, with extensive experience in the tech sector at Safran, KPMG, and PwC. Having served twice as Country Representative—in both the public and private sectors—she leads educational, cultural, and technological programs funded by major donors and collaborates with public, academic, and diplomatic institutions. Her career spans the United States, Europe, and Africa. As a member of UN Women France, she is committed to gender equality and women’s leadership.

I agreed to serve as an ambassador because I am convinced that technology and artificial intelligence can become powerful drivers of equality—provided they are accessible to all. My own journey has shown me just how much greater access to information can transform women’s healthcare experiences, enabling them to better understand, make better decisions, and better defend their rights. I want to help foster the development of inclusive, ethical, and useful digital solutions so that innovation benefits all women, without exception.
