I am an engineer who graduated from CentraleSupélec and the former Head of Fraud Analytics & AI at SFR. Having led enterprise-scale AI and financial risk initiatives, I saw firsthand the blind spot companies face as they scale GenAI: a critical lack of visibility, governance, and control over what is actually running in production.
