Reichle & De-Massari AG (R&M) is an independent Swiss family-owned company headquartered in Wetzikon (Zurich).
With more than 60 years of expertise in the information and communications technology market, the company develops infrastructure solutions for local area networks (LANs), public networks, and data centers.
True to its vision of unlimited communication, R&M provides network infrastructure that connects individuals and businesses around the world. The R&M portfolio includes connectivity and cabling products, patch panels, racks, enclosures, and power distribution solutions, as well as digital infrastructure management systems. R&M integrates complementary solutions from partners, such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and cooling systems.
The R&M Group operates in more than 40 countries through its own sales organizations.
It operates its own factories and centers of expertise and development around the world.
In 2025, R&M generated revenue of 260.3 million Swiss francs.
Founded in 1964, the company is owned by brothers Martin and Peter Reichle (second generation).
