The MSMC modular, stackable cable clamp is used for easy, quick, and secure fastening of cables, hoses, and other cylindrical components. The clamping range is up to 16 mm. 

The main advantage of this cable clamp is that it can be easily extended both vertically and horizontally. The modules can be connected to one another using couplers. The MSMC offers a very high level of corrosion protection thanks to the choice of materials used for the cable clamps and screws.

The cable clamp consists of an upper and a lower half, as well as hex head screws. A coupler allows multiple cable clamps to be connected horizontally to one another. The ribs on the half-shells help absorb tensile and torsional forces. The central mounting point (slot) offers great flexibility for mounting on a variety of surfaces.

For increased stability and torsional strength, two long screws can be used for fastening. This also ensures that the short-circuit withstand values specified for the MSMC 30-46 and MSMC 44-55 (according to IEC 61914) are met.

Cable clamps are available as Set A for alignment and stacking, or as Set B for alignment. Set B contains a cable clamp (upper and lower parts), a coupler, and two short hex head screws. Set A contains the same components, plus two long hex head screws.

The cable clamp can be combined with a sliding nut for optional mounting on a 30-mm C-track.

When used with MSMC cable clamps, elastomer inserts offer expanded and optimized application possibilities. These inserts are very easy to install: they are placed directly on the top and bottom of the MSMC. Caution: Using the insert changes the clamping range of the cable clamp!

MBR/MW Mounting Brackets: A robust system for relieving cable tension in the electrical cabinet, consisting of four mounting brackets and one mounting bracket. The mounting brackets are compatible with all sizes of MSMC cable clamps. The mounting bracket is designed for MSMC models 30-46 and 44-55 and mounts to the base plate. When combined with the KEL-DPF 50 cable gland, it effectively secures and relieves tension on even the largest and heaviest cables after they pass through the base of the electrical cabinet.
