As an organization expands its use of third-party data sources, the number of formats it needs to handle grows faster than the teams responsible for integrating them. This cost remains diffuse: specific developments by workflow, manual adjustments, onboarding delays, and migration projects that drag on.

WeTransform treats this proliferation of formats as an industrialization challenge. The target format is defined once, along with its constraints regarding type, structure, and reference framework. Each incoming data stream is then mapped to this format using AI, and the mapping is tracked by source. Transformation rules are written in natural language and remain readable, versioned, and auditable.

Unstructured documents (PDFs, mixed-format exports, merged cells) are standardized upstream by Autoclean. Missing attributes are filled in based on the file’s context. Each transformation is tracked step by step, with diff, for the quality and compliance teams.

Integration with the IT system is done via REST API, webhooks, FTP/SFTP, or URL, in either scheduled or event-driven mode. Business teams have access to a no-code environment, while software vendors have access to a white-label integration (SDK @wetransform/core, iframe), with granular permissions.

Scope of work: collection of supplier and partner catalogs; onboarding of customer data; data migration and data transfer between systems. Deployed in production at ING and on high-volume marketplace workflows.
