Agent, Colleague
A Colleague Agent isn't just another chatbot. It's a new member of the team. It reports to a manager, but anyone on the team can message it on Microsoft Teams or CC it in an email, just as you would when you bring a colleague into a conversation. It has its own mailbox, its own calendar, and a private workspace where it creates dashboards, summaries, and PDF meeting recaps.
Its skills are added à la carte: financial control, IT support, sales, purchasing, HR, student services, and more. A single Agent can combine several of these skills, depending on the department’s needs. As emails and conversations come in, it builds up the context for each project, so no one has to brief it from scratch. And its memory remains intact even when a key employee goes on vacation or leaves.
It earns trust the same way a new hire does. On day one, it has no access to anything. Next, it reads, then it prepares drafts for the team to review. Later—and only if its manager decides to allow it—it acts on its own within a clearly defined scope. Access is granted on a per-application basis. Everything it does is logged, and any access rights can be revoked at any time. The Agent never holds the company’s credentials: the Agent thinks, but the company holds the keys.
Spending is under control: a fixed monthly budget, spending subject to a strict limit, and an automatic circuit breaker.Colleague Agents were developed within Groupe Accelis. Today, these services are available to other companies through MSP partners—the IT providers who already manage their clients’ Microsoft 365, security, and day-to-day operations. The partner deploys an Agent in minutes and manages it from the GAIA Console: budgets, intelligence level, connectors, skills, and team access. Nothing is installed on users’ machines, and everything is hosted in France.
